Data Collection
Onyma Pro collects only the information necessary to provide its services: user identity (first and last name), contact details (email address, phone number), business information (trade name, address, activity) and the usage data strictly required for the application to work (appointments, services, activity statistics).
Use of Data
Collected data is used exclusively to create and manage user accounts, operate the services (appointment, client and business management), improve app performance, deliver personalized features and send service-related communications (confirmations, reminders, important notices).
Legal Basis for Processing
In accordance with the GDPR, processing carried out by Onyma Pro is based on the performance of the contract (provision of the service), user consent (optional communications), legitimate interest (improving and securing the service) and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations (invoicing, accounting).
Data Sharing
User data is never sold or transferred to third parties. It may be shared only where required by law, or with providers strictly necessary to operate the service (hosting, payment, email delivery), all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use the data for any other purpose.
Data Retention
Personal data is kept for as long as the service is used, then archived or deleted at the end of the applicable legal retention periods. Data from an inactive or deleted account is erased within a reasonable time, except where a legal obligation requires retention (in particular for invoicing).
Data Security
Onyma Pro implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss: encrypted communications, access control, secure hosting and regular backups.
User Rights
In accordance with the GDPR, every user has the right to access, rectify, erase and port their data, as well as the right to restrict or object to its processing. These rights may be exercised at any time by contacting the Onyma Pro support team; a response will be provided within one month at most.
Cookies and Trackers
The application may use cookies or similar technologies strictly necessary for its operation (authentication, preferences, security). No third-party advertising tracker is used without the prior consent of the user.
